Special Educational Needs

Children with Special Educational Needs all have learning difficulties or disabilities that often make it harder for them to learn than it is for other children of the same age.

Although I have no formal training in teaching children with Special Educational Needs, I do feel that I have enough understanding, compassion and patience to help children with the milder symptoms of SEN. I have supported children with Dyslexia, Moderate Learning Difficulty and Asperger’s Syndrome in a primary school environment.

Children with Special Educational Needs will often feel misunderstood and isolated.
